Refund policy

Please ensure you have selected the correct product before checkout as we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

Love Thyself Daily does not offer refunds unless your item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

If your product has any manufacturing faults or printing errors, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so if your order does not fulfil your expectations, please email us at info@lovethyselfdaily.com.au and we will do our best to work out a solution.




Refund of Faulty or Damaged goods

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
