Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We are an Australian small business, that only ships to Australia. We intend on shipping globally in the near future.
How long does shipping take?
All orders (including express) are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days.
We send our orders through Australia Post. Shipping times vary
depending on where you are located. Please check their website for expected delivery
times.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email as soon as your order is sent with the appropriate shipping and tracking information.
Can I change my delivery address?
If the package has been sent out already the address for the parcel will be outside of our control, however if you’re quick post order you can email info@lovethyself.com.au and we will endeavour to change the address ahead of postage.
Returns
Can i return my item.
We do not offer a refund or exchange of mind. However if your product has any manufacturing faults or printing errors, please email us at info@lovethyself.com and we will do our best to work out a solution.
How do i return a faulty item
If your product has any manufacturing faults or printing errors, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so if your order does not fulfil your expectations, please email us at info@lovethyself.com and we will do our best to work out a solution.
